As teachers, my co-founder and I experienced professional learning in all its forms. The problem we saw was that it wasn’t coordinated to help us truly grow as educators.

So, we set out to build a platform that lets district and school leaders truly differentiate professional learning, gives teachers a stronger voice in their own development, and maximizes the impact of the investment districts make in professional learning.
